Shipping

• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Exchanges

• We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved returns are refunded as NYOS store credit, valid for 365 days.
• Refunds to the original payment method are only provided if store credit isn't possible.
